No Affiliation

CO3 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any publisher, studio, franchise, celebrity, author, platform, game, book, movie, show, or rights holder unless explicitly stated by CO3.

Fandom Labels

Fandom, category, character, trope, and tag fields are used for archive organization and discovery. A label does not mean CO3 owns, licenses, or has permission from the source material or rights holder.

User Content And Ownership

Noncommercial Fanwork Rule

CO3 is designed for noncommercial transformative fan activity. Do not use CO3 to sell, license, commission, paywall, or otherwise monetize fan personas, fan chats, AI-generated drafts, compiled persona briefs, or stories based on copyrighted works you do not own.

Original Work

Original characters, original settings, and original stories are welcome. If a persona is original, label it clearly so it is not confused with a fandom character or official source.

What CO3 May Remove Or Restrict

Copyright Reports

If you believe content on CO3 infringes your rights, report it with enough detail for review. Include the URL or content identifier, the rights you believe are affected, and a way to contact you.

Legal Note

This policy is a practical beta rule set, not legal advice. Users are responsible for the content they create, post, copy, label, or share.
