July 6, 2026. These guidelines apply to the current beta app, including persona creation, public archive browsing, AI-assisted persona tools, integrated model access, and feedback/reporting features.

The Short Version

• Use CO3 for character-focused writing, roleplay, fandom browsing, and beta feedback.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, spam, or evade moderation.
• Do not submit sexual content involving minors or content meant to help real-world harm.
• Label personas and reports clearly so other users and the CO3 team have useful context.
• Keep API keys, passwords, private account data, and sensitive logs out of public or feedback fields.
• You may write personas and chats in languages other than English, but the same safety, archive, and rights rules still apply.

Content Rules

• Do not submit content that sexualizes minors or appears intended to exploit children.
• Do not submit content that instructs, encourages, or coordinates real-world violence or self-harm.
• Do not use CO3 to threaten, harass, humiliate, dox, or target another person.
• Do not impersonate a real person, creator, moderator, or CO3 operator in a misleading way.
• Do not use persona names, tags, or descriptions to evade safety review.
• Do not upload malicious links, credential requests, phishing attempts, or deceptive forms.
• Do not publish private chats, debug exports, screenshots, or user data that reveal someone else's personal information without permission.

Persona Standards

• Give personas enough premise, tone, and context for a writer to start a scene.
• Use fandom and character labels honestly, especially for original characters and variants.
• Use tags to help people find or avoid themes, not to mislead search or spam discovery.
• Use public visibility only for personas you are comfortable sharing in the archive. Keep personal, private, or test-only personas private.
• Review AI-generated persona drafts, compiled briefs, and auto-completed fields before saving or publishing them.
• Do not claim ownership of characters, fandoms, settings, or works that are not yours.
• Do not sell, commission, paywall, or monetize fan personas, fan chats, or fanfiction based on copyrighted material you do not own through CO3.
• Respect takedown, safety, or rights concerns if content needs to be reviewed.

Account And Platform Rules

• Do not share, sell, borrow, or misuse another person's account.
• Do not scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with CO3 services.
• Do not evade bans, rate limits, moderation decisions, blocked access, or safety tools.
• Do not abuse feedback, reports, or support channels to harass the team or users.
• Do not paste API keys, passwords, private tokens, or sensitive account data into feedback.
• Do not repeatedly click create, save, upload, duplicate, or report buttons to force duplicate records or overwhelm beta systems.

Moderation Outcomes

CO3 may act on content, reports, account activity, or platform abuse when needed to protect users, beta systems, or the archive.

• Content may be removed, hidden, edited, or restricted.
• Accounts may be warned, limited, suspended, or terminated.
• Reports, logs, and account records may be preserved for safety or abuse review.
• Bad-faith reports, support abuse, and moderation evasion may be declined or restricted.
