Support

Use this page when something needs attention from CO3. Choose the path that matches what happened, include the right details, and avoid sending private secrets like passwords, API keys, tokens, or billing credentials.

Start Here

Most support starts with feedback so we can review bugs, account questions, safety reports, and feature requests in one place. Email is optional unless you want follow-up or need help with a specific account.

I Can't Log In

Try password reset first. If that does not work, send feedback with the email address on the account and what happened when you tried.

BYO API Help

Read the BYO API guide before reporting setup trouble. Never send your API key in feedback, screenshots, chats, or support notes.

Account Approval

New accounts can sign in before full app access is approved. If your account looks stuck or confusing, send feedback with the account email and what page you were on.

I Found A Bug

Choose the bug category in feedback. Include the page, what you clicked, what happened, what you expected, and your browser or device.

Support CO3

Donations are voluntary and help with hosting, tooling, maintenance, beta development, and shared model access for approved testers when integrated API access is available. They do not buy account approval, fanwork access, or moderation outcomes.

Safety Or Moderation

Use the safety category for harassment, impersonation, rule evasion, unsafe content, persona reports, or other moderation concerns.

Privacy Or Data

For account deletion or data requests, use feedback and include the account email. Do not include passwords, API keys, private tokens, or billing credentials.

AI Response Problems

Use in-chat Flag Issue when a response repeats, loses point of view, ignores scene facts, controls the user persona, or sounds generic. Use feedback for broader patterns across a chat.

Feature Ideas

Choose feature request or platform direction in feedback. Explain the problem, who it helps, and what a good version would feel like.
